Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
- Standard shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $250 NZD
- Flat rate shipping of $8.50 NZD on orders under $250 NZD
International Shipping We ship internationally! International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please Note Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing for international orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
